Had a great time with friends! Perfect location, just a short walk to the square. We enjoyed visits to the Van Gogh Museum and the Anne Frank House. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was cleaned daily. Totally recommend this spot for a budget-friendly trip!

First, the window in my room could not be fully closed, resulting in a draft that made the room uncomfortably cold. the bathroom was very dirty as cleanliness is essential for any hotel stay. Lastly, the room I was given initially had water damage, leading to a feeling of neglect.

The friendly receptionist offered great local tips, and the hotel's peaceful atmosphere, complemented by lovely city views, made our stay memorable.

Getting to the rooms isn’t for the faint-hearted. there’s a narrow staircase with 37 steep steps that'll make you feel like you've run a marathon. The room sizes lean toward cozy, which can be inconvenient for those with a bit too much baggage or looking for space to breathe. The heater's placement is awkward, requiring acrobatics to adjust it, and you'll be straining your neck to use the mirror properly. The chilly drafts from the windows can also be a bother if you're not a fan of the cold, and that loud alarm in the night? A rude awakening for sure.
